Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you cover?
Seven counties across two states. In Upstate South Carolina: Oconee, Pickens, Anderson, and Greenville. In Northeast Georgia: Franklin, Hart, and Stephens. Our home markets are Seneca, Easley, and Lavonia, and we work the 38 communities listed on this page.
My property is not in Seneca, Easley, or Lavonia. Can you still help?
Yes. Those three are where our offices and most of our closings are, not the limit of where we work. If your property is in any of the seven counties on this page, we cover it.
Do you really work in Georgia?
Yes. Lavonia is one of our three home markets, and we cover Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties. Clients near the state line get one team for both sides of it instead of two brokers who each know half.
Do you handle Greenville, or only the smaller markets?
We handle Greenville. It is the largest market in the Upstate and the benchmark everything else gets priced against, so we work it for clients weighing in-town space against a corridor alternative like Easley or Anderson.
How do you know a market you do not have an office in?
By driving it. We cover this territory in person every week, so we know the buildings and the owners. That is also how off-market deals happen: when the right building is not listed, we can often approach the owner directly.
